REFUND POLICY

For orders cancelled on customer's request or non-compliance with the KYC regulations by the customer, the amount will be refunded after a deduction of Payment Gateway Charges & deal cancellation charges, if any. Payment Gateway charge is a fee also known as 'Merchant Service Fee' and is applicable for all transactions where customers make payments online.
The turnaround time* for refunds is anywhere between 7 – 21 working days depending on the mode of payment for the respective order. (*All the above-mentioned TATs are as per the standard of banking practices. These TATs may vary depending on the bank or the payment mode used.)
